Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas

Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas is the CEO and Founder of Inclusive Mining, a purpose-driven boutique executive search firm specializing in the global mining industry.

A third generation mining professional with roots in the mining communities of central Perú, Rosario has seen firsthand the opportunities and challenges facing the industry. Since 2007, she has specialized in recruiting senior executives and Board directors for mining companies across Canada and internationally. 

In 2021 Rosario was elected to the Board of Directors of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC); the first Peruvian-Canadian woman in its 90th year history. Recognized in 2022 as 10 Most Influential Hispanic-Canadian and Most Powerful Latina: Latina to Watch by the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).

Rosario holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from York University, executive education from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), as well as a postgraduate certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
