Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas
Rosario Astuvilca-Rojas is a seasoned talent management consultant with over fifteen years of experience in the mining and metals sector.
Since 2007, she has worked in talent and leadership consulting global firms, and has assisted and partnered with numerous Canadian and international major, mid-tier and junior mining companies.
In 2021 Rosario was elected to the Board of Directors of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC); the
first Peruvian-Canadian woman in its 90th year history. Recognized in 2022 as 10 Most Influential Hispanic-Canadian and Most Powerful Latina: Latina to Watch by the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).
Rosario is a Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a Master’s in Human Resources Management from York University and executive education from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), and a postgraduate certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is also a member of several governance associations, including the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and has completed a corporate governance program at The Wharton School of Management (University of Pennsylvania).
